Post subject: cannot add not-connected printer to os x print utility
I want to set up a Word Document template that has particular printer driver settings, a printer that I do not have access to.

I seem to be only able to add a printer to my Print Utility that is attached/connected to my printer.

All help appreciated.

I think the easiest way would be to rename your local printer
temporarily to match the remote printer's name, add your template,
and restore to the original name.
